Exploring a NEW Creek in Southern Illinois (New Species)

- Welcome back to another video everyone! I got to explore a new creek this past weekend while my wife and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary! I couldn't find any good access points so I just stayed on the bridge. I was able to catch quite a few fish so it ended up being a good trip!
Makanda is about 30 mins from me. Beautiful place to hike/camp. Also tons of great lakes around there to fish like Crab Orchard and Rend Lake. :D

Fish at 2:40 is a spotted bass. Really cool catch from such a little creek. 8:56 is a spot as well. The ones at the end look like spots or hybrids (meanmouth)
Nice, that's a new species for me! I thought they might of been but google wasn't sure haha. Yea I wish I could of found some more spots to explore on it but most of the accessible spots were dry
