I have seven grandchildren and the marks were getting too close together so when I transferred the marks I put three of the kids (one family) on one side and the other two families on the other side. It moved with us to our retirement home.

I do get migraine headaches and abdominal migraines every single day so I get combined migraine headaches and stomach migraines, autism, temperature disorder when I am cold I get hot and spring and summer freezing, ear pain, lower jaw pain, nausea, dizziness, ear pain, depression, etc.

I just watched Ryan's VLOG from last year for challenges. Here's one since Easter is nearing: Egg Roulette - Each child gets a bowl with 6 eggs (5 hard boiled 1 raw) Play truth or dare or questions about each other and the loser must pick an egg an slam it into their forehead or top of head. A second one is - No Technology for 24 hours. In other words no phones, computers, cars, etc. I hope your pain Jill is just stress. Mike, I can't say anything that you haven't told yourself already. LOL!
If you want to save your growth chart you can continue the lines around the corner & write there name and date around the corner then pain over the old one and match it back up on that wall! That’s what we did :)
Please, don't tile over the old backsplash. Good chance it won't stay in place long-term, and it will create problems with the electrical outlets unless you install plastic box extensions.
I do not recommend tileing over tile, the pieces tend to fall off but if your back splash is in good shape and not crack and stuff then I feel like u should be ok but it’s risky
I have never met anyone who gets a numb arm other then my mum when they get a migraine, I suffer really bad migraines and sometimes have to go to the hospital, my whole left side goes numb and I have trouble talking and seeing when I get migraines it’s such a horrible feeling.
You can take a piece of paper and mark ever “height” thing 😂 but make sure you mark on the wall where the top/bottom of the paper is so it can be accurate
