Back to basics time:-)
Finally I got another OTH cast video for you. I got my previous one almost a year ago before season 9 started. Yes, I haven't made a video since the show ended. I wanted to. But I just couldn't for a lot of reasons. The first one was that I haven't found the right song, so no song=no inspiration. And I also was so so frustrated from how the show ended. Those last two seasons were so so bad in my opinion. If it wasn't OTH, the show I've been watching (and loving) since I was 13, I would have never keep watching. Everything that I loved about it was completely gone, not decent storyline, not decent anything. Only a few good scenes per season (!) that were worth watching, and even those scenes were attached to the storylines I loved from that start.
I also hated the finale, beside a few good NHJ scenes, and the cast sing the theme song. I could give up the rest. Horrible dialogs, horrible storylines (even the NH one was handled awfully). The bigger the potential, the bigger the disappointment -- a phrase that pretty much sums the show for me.
But I'm not her to talk about how bad the show is. I do love it still (probably not as much as I used to).
So a few months ago I finally heard a song that made me think about the show. And I knew right away I have to start a new vid. This is the result. I can't say I'm proud of it. OTH is one of the hardest shows to vid. It has so many important moments, and I never feel like I am succeeding in capturing it's spirit. Probably cause it's spirit for me, is not the same spirit it has for the writersXD so ever video is kind of mixed up and chaotic. I tried to not to focus on the couples, but more on experiences that a group of people are going through in 10 years. I tried to show more other important aspects.
I hope some of you will like it despite all of it's flaws.

Beautiful tribute to the show and I agree with everything you said about the show last couple of seasons, It was sad how it turned out to be.
i've never heard this song but now i love it because of your amazing editing! have always been a fan of your videos but this one struck a chord with me and tugged at my OTH heartstrings so much! you managed to fit the happy, sad, tragic, hopeful, heartwarming, fun, angsty, and all the other emotions of OTH into one awesome video. Absolutely loved this one mostly because it reminded me how much i miss this show :( it is irreplacable, and so are your videos!
You captured the very essence of this show, every moment...It was so beautifully done! You always do such an amazing job...this was just so lovely!
(Part 2) in my opinion... but anyway... I am SO glad you finally got inspired to vid the show again. Because this video is PERFECTION. Seriously it is beautiful and heartwarming and emotional... fun and sad and everything that made OTH worth watching. I love your unique use of overlays/interesting transitions, and all the parallels and really amazing lyric matches and everything. This was just so fantastic, it's hard to even properly describe it. Seriously. You rock & I will re-watch many times!

WOW, what an epic song and an even more epic video. Seriously, epic is the only word that comes to mind watching this. Actually I disagree, while 7x01 was so lame that I have up watching the show, when I eventually did start again I have to say I personally really enjoyed seasons 7-9 overall for quite a few reasons. ;) I have issues with OTH in general, most of the seasons probably, and I was very disappointed by the series finale - really 9x11 "Danny Boy" was the last great episode of the show
