Boxing - free defense buffs.
Hamon - defense buffs as long as you have hamon charged.
Vamp - no defense buffs but you regen health super fast as long as you have blood bar
Pluck - no defense buffs AT ALL making Vit 10 literally mandatory unless you wanna get two-shot and health regen being just as important
Spin - NEGATIVE DEFENSE
