Silvia is located in the department of Cauca, just 90 minutes away from the capital Popayán. Tuesdays are undoubtedly the best days to visit, as many can come and experience a space where the indigenous, Guambianos, Paeces, Mestizos and farmers that inhabit the municipality, gather here to share, buy, trade and sell their products to bring groceries to their homes.
