Definitely ruins it for games that take advantage of the full range of the triggers and the feedback features. I'm not sure why trigger stops aren't more popular to get the short trigger pull, you can lock and unlock them depending on the game. You won't get that mouse click noise, but 🤷♂️
Bro some people would use a ds4 if they could. You literally have to own a dualsense to properly play. Adapters exist but disconnect you every 7-10 minutes (trust me its annoying).

Had the same controller mouse clicks broke in 2 weeks cause my pressure is harder in gun fights and then i hate the button back buttons after so many clicks of bunny hopping in wz one sunk in the controller and now its done 😭
If only the analog sticks didn't get stick drift in 3 months and cost 250. Much like the scuff I've had to return as the customer service was a nightmare and wouldn't honor it even with the extra 1 year warranty.. Yeah will never get a third party custom I'll add stuff myself or use my dualsense edge

People how play with a Playstation controller have extrodenery potential first you already have the option of double claw not saying that Xbox doesn't have it because they don't the problem is the index finger when it cums to doble claw in Xbox and is you get pedals Or buttons you can combine it with double claw if u play on play station you have no excuse to not be good at any game

Also I wouldn't really call this "full potential" of a ps5 controller. Mainly because it only has 2 back buttons and they don't look remapable. I build mine with rise 4 back button kits. They give you 4 back buttons with the ability to remap it to literally any button. More of a hobby for me, but you can do a lot with them with parts from Amazon for a lot less than having someone build it for you, but obviously you have to be willing to tear down your controller and rebuild it. And there is always the risk of breaking it, generally a small risk if you follow videos and take your time with it, but I can't honestly say I have never broken anything rebuilding them.
It all comes down to personal preference, but back buttons can come in handy so that you don't have to take your fingers off of the analogs. They take a bit to get used to for sure.
You buy a controller like that, you better not lose a game that day forward 😂
