@@KelliMarissa Be careful doing that. I heard of someone who lost feeling in a leg because they kept wiping oil paint on their jeans. Nail polish isn't the same as oil paint- but it is toxic. Be careful.

I love the new hair color. I love how the color gets deeper as it goes back. I think the red Zoya is one of their best shades. At least today anyway. 😄

You should check out a company called “Pottle”! It’s a girl who started her own company and she makes nail polish bottles that are specifically for mixing polishes! And she makes it to where you can take the bottle apart different ways where you don’t have to pour the polish in from that tiny hole! It’s weird to explain lol Susie from Nail Career Educarion did a video about this product! 💕
This video is so much fun. You should try mixing all your "one color" nail polishes together and see what the average red or blue or pink or purple is. Mix couple of drops of every nail polish in every particular colour in an empty bottle. I would definitely watch that. Love your content ❤

I love these videos! Reds and maroons with gold glitters would be cool if you do another video. I always mix my topcoats when I'm running low. I run one bottle half full, store it away, run a second bottle down, then combine the two. So I don't have to tilt my bottle to make sure my top coat is gonna go on thick.
My opinions, since you asked... The bottles are perfect for this project. Mixing balls, ALWAYS! I just ordered 300. Every bottle is getting mixing balls. Used the same vendor as you did. They are great. I would never waste Starrily unless there was one you didn't like. I would never add anything to the Zoya red. If you have perfection, you can't get more than perfection. The red you came up with though was really nice. I think mixing is for doing something with ugly polishes or when you are twrd the end of the bottle, so why not. It was a cool video. Love your hair! Thanks for doing it.

purpose for these videos, as far as I am concerned: 1) yes - you are correct - I have always wanted to mix the polishes, but am currently unable to do so, and LOVE that I can live vicariously through you in this context. 2) It's super interesting from a chemistry point of view, to see how the different finishes interact! Which will overtake the others? is there a trend? so interesting!

I’ve never thought of using polishes that I actually like. 😂 I find that jelly polishes work best if you’re mixing glitter or flakies in it. I think a good tip for making sure you like the color is to mix it on a mat first! But I think that ruins the surprise of trying it with you guys so I don't do it for these videos hahaha

My 9 yr old loves to play with nail polish and practice nail art. We LOVED this video and it has inspired us to mix some of her super fun glitter gelees with my old jewel toned OPI that was too thick to use. Can't wait to try them all on!

I love these videos. Try mixing a magenta, a teal, and yellow till you get black. Do it with toppers, too. See if you can get a black holo of sorts.

purpose for these videos, as far as I am concerned:
1) yes - you are correct - I have always wanted to mix the polishes, but am currently unable to do so, and LOVE that I can live vicariously through you in this context.
2) It's super interesting from a chemistry point of view, to see how the different finishes interact! Which will overtake the others? is there a trend? so interesting!

Omg! I need to try this.....again! Lol. I’ve done this sooo many times and it’s usually with polishes that I hate and they turn out so pretty afterwards. I’ve never thought of using polishes that I actually like. 😂 I find that jelly polishes work best if you’re mixing glitter or flakies in it. But I really love the shades you created though...especially the red! You definitely have my vote for a part 3 to this video. 😁

I think a good tip for making sure you like the color is to mix it on a mat first! But I think that ruins the surprise of trying it with you guys so I don't do it for these videos hahaha

I love these mixing colors videos!!! even if they turn out bad! that way if i want to mix some of my colors together i can at least know a few what-not-to-dos haha. ALSO! could you please consider creating a nail care playlist along with like your favorite tools of all time to use whether it be nail care or nail painting? i wanna know how you keep your cuticles looking flawless and your nail polish always comes out so perfectly even and smooth even on colors you hate! i wanna know all the secrets!
Haha oh gosh thank you! I actually do have a nail polish 101 playlist where I've got a few videos on nail care and cuticle care as well as plenty of painting tips! It's an ongoing series but I haven't filmed one in a while lol

Haha! I never have backups actually, I've got so many polishes I rarely use them up! But I do love polishes too much lol
