Black saffron is one of my favourite scents. On my third bottle with this. The only thing you forgot to mention that it’s quite heavy on violets which is the most appealing part to me. The raspberry with the violets is the star ,the airy ozonic light feel of the fragrance is the appeal to me. I am sometimes torn on the tobacco feel that will definitely come out in the drydown but it’s still so good to me. Bibliotheque is another sweet good leather scent by Byredo. ❤
When I smelled this reminded me of Tom fords ombré leather parfum. Love both . Will buy this soon

6:59 thats how I felt w/Byredo when I tried Bal D’ Afrique and Gypsy Water. BDA was good but don’t see myself wearing it, Gypsy was okay but not for me. So naturally didn’t want to try Byredo anymore. But now you’ve piqued my interest in trying Black Saffron. 👍🏼

I smelled the regular Byredo's once at a Nordstrom and had no opinion whatsoever. I returned when the extraits came out and now im interested. Mandarin Tobacco has been my favorite i've tried.
What do you mean by regular???
Most fragrance head says Byredo don’t last. Not sure why I keep seeing reviews then… same thing with Malone. but ok. Next.

You know I think the byredos I’m interested in are not ever talked about. I’m not sure I’d like this one either. But I’ve tried I think 5 byredos and they are all nice but very light and hard for me to smell. This one sounds a bit like xerjoff la capital with the fruit and leather. So maybe I’d like it.

@@babycakes8434 I don’t know I tested it at Scent Bar in Los Angeles. I always test fragrances at Scent Bar. They are the owners of Lucky Scent. But you MUST try it. It’s GREAT

I try it very bad , and I cant smell the saffron in it .

To my nose it smells like TF Ombre Leather but i l8ke TF better than byredo Black Saffron IMHO
