Hello Jay I really appreciate your recipe for the turkey wings. I will be using your recipe on some smoked turkey legs, because I couldn’t find any turkey wings. this looks good and easy. one question thou. during cooking the wings, we cook it for an hour, but every 20 minutes we flip them. do you flip them too or just let it cook fully one side up??

I always cover my Turkey wings, and I always use poultry seasoning but I'm going to cook them exactly how you did. I can't wait to see how they turned out since i'm not using poultry seasoning. but thanks again
