Personally I will never understand why anyone with that kind of money wants to be butt up against their neighbor. If I had that kind of dough, I’d prefer a house on a ranch surrounded by about 50-100 acres where I can open up the windows, crank up the tunes, and not hear any neighbors complaining. But that’s just me.
You can have both, a city home and a country home. City advantage is spending your wealth on staff and services and goods from places like Rodeo Drive. Can't do that as well from Montana.
