Honestly, I wish we get first 9 show, because first 9 stories that we heeard in SOA's 7 season are so good, that time, the characters are almost poetic, every character of first 9 has his own backstory and I wish we can see that, this show can be so fucking deep, plus Charlie Hunnam can play John Teller, he just needs to color his hair, he is older now, 43 years old, he was around 34 when show ended, he looks much older now, they can change his looks a bit so he looks similar to John Teller, and John walked and talked differently, so that would be acting challenge for Hunnam too, which I think he can do easily.
I think Hunnam could play John very well! However, my heart still terms for a spin off of Charlie (who survived the semi - I know… far-fetched) raising his sons outside of the MC but slowly getting pulled back in and having to balance Jax the Dad vs Jax the revenge taker biker.
SAMCRO and First 9 are some good stories!!!!💪🏼 lets hope after mayans

The last SOA episode could be a dream like episode when he wakes up when getting hit by the truck. Which could lead to a comeback. But he’s be a tormented person after everything he went through. He’d be a lot darker person.
Faked his Death. Homeless person wandered into the road and got ran over by the trucker, Jax crashes to avoid hitting the homeless guy and Dissapears into the desert, Brushy Bill style ; )
No one saw him get splattered with that truck. Or he could play one of jax sons who becomes interested in his dads life and joins the S.O.A

When it coming back
When an actor portrays a larger than life character for so long it becomes ingrained in them for good. It takes a while and a strong mind to shed the character from their personal life. I believe they do it piece by piece, day by day until they slowly become themselves again. Distance and time, but it is not easy especially for those who create a character like Jax Teller. A bad man with a big heart and a troubled spirit. Loyal to his club and their ways but his moral compass has to be rationalized to fit his needs. Charlie Hunnam made us love Jax Teller even though we knew we would lose him in the end. Characters like this are not made to live forever, only in our memories.
Same thing with Kit Harrington’s character, Jon Snow in Game of Thrones. He’s wanting to reprise that character like Hunnam does Jax. If the writing & action is on par w the original shows then I’m all for it
Ya he had such a hard time after the show ended he said he would start driving then all sudden be at teller morrow and he would go inside and just sit there and think, which makes me respect him more cause he literally became jax teller he was so into that character

One of the thinks I liked about "The Americans" was experiencing some of the nostalgia around the clothes, cars, homes, current events, and everything else from the 80's.

I always thought Jax would return on Mayans as a flashback that Ezy has from the time he met Jax when they were both serving time at Stockton prison. (Gemma made a cameo in the first episode of Mayans based on that timeline) Ezy was considering the deal the Feds were offering him to join the MC and spy for them. Ezy confides with Jax who strongly encourages him to join the club, not knowing about the rat part. Ezy remembers the influence Jax had on him to join the Mayans as the end is now upon him.

@@elcuhfrijol8754 There is the problem of EZ and that beautiful mind. If he met Jax in prison, he would remember his name. Unless Teller introduced himself as Jackson. In prison, if the guards ever used his first name they would not call him Jax. And his mother and Marcus Alvarez always called him Jackson. So EZ would never connect Jackson with Jax until somebody mentioned to EZ that Jax was short for Jackson. Only then would EZ realize that he had been talking to Jax Teller.

I love it too but It’s over the story is complete i think it would ruin it if they milked it and brought him back to life with everything that happened it’s perfect ending when it did.
They could start the show from him in the hospital clinging to life and tell the rest of the show from his perspective of his time leading up to where SOA originally began. Then for an ending he either wakes up and survives or checks out.

@@mikebrandon8545That makes no sense at all. Mayans timeline begins while Abel and Thomas are still children. They will most likely end up involved in some way later in life, despite Jax's efforts to cut the cord and put as much distance as possible between them and the consequences of his actions.
My guess is Abel and Thomas will eventually go different ways, with one getting involved and the other trying to prevent that from happening. Abel is the only one old enough to actually remember at least some of what happened. Thomas was way too little. The damage was already done to Abel, and he will be protective of Thomas for that reason, Thomas will be most in danger of repeating the mistakes because he is basically oblivious to the truth outside of what he has been told. Nero will likely have had a significant influence on this, making Abel as wise as he is damaged.
In a perfect world Jax's sacrifice (that's exactly what it was) would've been enough to keep them safe and at a distance, but that's not how life works for that family. They will live their entire lives in the shadow of their father.
I miss SOA, it was (is) a great show. I still watch it from beginning to end. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Hunnam along with Maggie Siff (she's Great in Billions too) were great together, and really stood out among the great cast they had on SOA! Its surprising to hear he'd be interested in something in SOA universe as he has always said that is a closed chapter of his life. What he did to prepare for the show was very impressive, from hanging out with Motorcycle Clubs, one member always wore shoes which is why Jax always does, to not talking to Ron Peralman on the set to maintain the animosity between their characters for a season (and not explaining it to him until afterwards), even leading to him working with a specialist just to regain his proper-British accent for King Arthur.
He did an interview on some podcast were he talks about finding it hard to switch off from Jax at the time. Apparently, and on more then one occasion, friends and family supposedly stopped him from intervening in situations as he'd be in characters of Jax.

Sons of Anarchy was an amazing show, and Hunnam's character was the corner stone of the show, so I can definitely see how it difficult it would be to finally hang it up.
I really enjoyed Mayans MC as well but I felt like the final two seasons were pretty brutal. Brutal not as in bad, but brutal as in I never expected total annihilation of the club. EZ much like Jax was on borrowed time, that much was obvious but I never expected Mayans to end the way it did. In addition to that I think some of the writing got a little wonky, they had several interesting character arcs that were exciting but everything blew up in the end.
This universe Sutter created is in high demand and I would love to see a prequel series of the First Nine.

Yeah that second to last season was epically brutal for sure! So many people I didn't expect to die like that or at the time. The last 1-2 episodes of the Mayan MC was perfect. Never expected any of that. It was almost like they where going to have a different show by the time they called out EZ.

Bike is destroyed by the truck. He wakes up at later date ( allowing for his kids to be older and the cast to have aged ) then carries on from there... I think they should bring Charlie Hunnam back as Thomas..... Abel has so many memories of things and I feel the real spin would be that he remembers how his dad (Jax) wanted to get them out and away from the life that he turns from the club or maybe is more like JT and wants to change it...... but that Thomas (being played by Charlie) is the one that finds his way back to SOA.....just my thoughts on a good spin to the story line

When I was stationed at Ft. Riley I had someone in the same squad got drunk and was running from the cops on his bike by Milford lake crossed the center line took a car head on at ninety miles a hour and lived they thought he was done for and was ready to harvest his organs. A couple weeks later he woke up he was going to have learn how to walk and talk again I don't think he would ever be all there mentally again but he did live or if he was able to live without some kind of assisted living. I think that was late 89 or early 90 it was pretty close to my ETS.

You remember when Gemma mentioned Jax’s dad being slung from his bike after the accident and living for sometime before dying in the hospital? I always remember this and the accident at the end of the show, they never show Jax’s body. While in the Mayans I know there was a funeral or grave and what not, but I like to think of a possibility that he is alive somewhere, kinda like the way Gemma mentioned, just in hiding

In the pilot of Mayans MC, Gemma Teller is visiting someone in jail in the pilot which is 2 yrs after SOA, could it be that Jax survived and was then jailed and she was visiting him, plus in season 5 of Mayans EZ gets a lift off Jax junkie ex wife, but she does not tell him who her ex was or say anything about Jax dying, could this have been Kurt Sutters plan all along?

I hope to fucking hell they do make a prequel show about the First 9 of SAMCRO. I also hope to fucking hell that the guy that said FX isn't interested in making another series in that world past Mayans M.C. is wrong. FX doesn't have any new series worth a damn and SOA was their most highly-rated and popular show...and so they would be smart to greenlight the First 9 one.
Mayans was dope. I hope they keep with the series. First 9 o Abel's and Tommy's story. Or just another character. They have a lot of fabric to tailor another good story.

Tom Pelphrey is perfect because if you've seen ozark you'd know they could easily adopt some of that kind of acting but have him be less mentally challenged and just paranoid.

He could have a future role that would be a little like Otto, an old banged up character that we don't see much but still commands a lot of respect and presence when he's on screen. Maybe not a cripple per se but changed enough from the 'accident' that he isn't in a riding and leaping about kinda role. First 9 could be very interesting too but would be hard to incorporate him as he is on the account of him not existing for several decades.

Everyone talks about the semi, ok let’s say he survived that. but what about killing a Irish king, shooting august marks on the court steps in broad daylight, killing Barosky in Broad daylight in his shop, I mean hell the man was also about to meet Mr. Mayhem. I know what happened he was riding towards the semi when all of a sudden there is a blinding light next thing he sees when he reopens his eyes he is on a road 50 miles from where he was. He comes across his Mayan bud from prison he helps Jax go into hiding until things cool down years pass he decides to trac down the boys find the remaining members and start the club back up only this time it's in Arizona. When finally asked how did you survive the wreck he replies don't know must have been a ET intervention.Ah the new beginning begins. 😎🤘

I think they would bring back jax for flash backs that give us some back stories. Soa is brutal that’d be way too soft and cliche of them to bring back the main character of the previous show from a guaranteed death like that.

I wonder how they’d bring him back if they WERE to continue the story with Jax involved?… maybe like start off from the point where Jax is smoking the cigarette in the last scene and maybe does something like he’s envisioning what’s going to happen next and it takes you through his head and how he plans on going out via semi truck thn the cop pulls up and now Jax is back in the real world, shoots at tht cop, and pursues this vision only to get surrounded by a fleet of cops on the highway and gets caught and now is doing a prison bid. Im no director or creator though so who knows this might sound shitty!!😆
I have thought about this. My suggestion would be that he didn’t die when he hit the semi but was knocked aside instead. He then was sent to prison for his crimes and gets out to fix what has been broken in the Mayans spinoff. His boys have grown into young men according to Wendys latest comments so put the series 10 years into the future. One son joins the military and then becomes law enforcement the other is a legacy and is patched into SAMCRO. What do you think?

I'm reading this as Hunnam's career being not so stellar since SOA ended, and now is seeking to go back to what worked for him.
Jax went head-on into a semi, I would love to hear how he survived. Unless this is like "Dallas" dream season, where Bobby Ewing didn't really die either after he was hit by a car. I can't wait to hear the explanation if this "rumor" is really coming true. Please don't let it be "it was all a dream," Give the fans more respect and concern than that. Although, I don't think Charlie Hunnam (Jax)would be wanting to be part of anything to mess over SOA and Mayans MC fans like that.
Notice that other than Milo's semi, the only vehicles on the highway are cop cars. What we saw was the story that would be told on the 6 oclock news. I thought Charlie was a terrible actor as Jax until I heard him talk in real life. Then I realized how incredible he really was. I’m here for any new SOA content. Especially if Jax is in it.
