IBM recently turned some of its big data analytics technology to the task of teasing insights from tens of thousands of comments that people in five Canadian cities made about traffic over social media. Commuting stress was the single largest most "discussed" factor across all cities' social sentiment in Vancouver, Edmonton, Montreal, Toronto and Halifax.
