why does my savage have 2 metal discs? like mine is the opposite. It was wear material on those brake plates, but the discs are metal?! and then without realizing it, I bought a disc that's titanium and way thicker than what fits on this. the thing won't brake for shit and adjusting doesn't help at all. I do notice the plates with the friction material are worn past their useful point.
I own 2 hpi savage trucks. 1 is the flux hp and the other is the nitro. I'm making a 3rd one because I have alot of spares in my box.
