      Mine too omg never had a workout like this in my life omg she's toned this woman's strength is TRUELY amazing hard she works and smiles like how is that. I was squeeking sound on those floor lifts then she says another 20 side lifts of legs omg collapse my butt feels the burn of these more I need to do of these to catch up the trainers level she's fit woman

    im 30 min into the workout and let me tell you... this workout is NO JOKE. I was looking for an intense workout that would make me sweat and feel the burn and I havent been able to find one until i clicked on this video. I remember thinking "this is going to be a waste of time.. ugh" ITS NOT. I love Nicole's attitude throughout the whole workout. Girllll, she is definitely motivating me to finish. OK gotta go

    I totally enjoyed that workout, I screamed, I held my legs, it hurt, it challenged me. You are a beast and i mean that as a compliment. I use to do kickboxing but 4 kids later and a busy schedule I am using this lockdown to get back in shape. You are awesome. God bless you.

    I was doing this to stay fit during lock-down, when I get my ribs broken and I could do any core exercises and now I got my shoulder hurt badly during climbing... And it's breaking my heart because climbing for 4 years has been my back bone! I lost my job, had to let go of my relationship, move into a smaller flat and climbing is all I got - but this workout is helping me again staying fit, on course and getting super strong legs. Thank you so much! You don't know how positively this affects my psyche, my mood... Love it

    I’ve been working out a lot during quarantine and this was one of the first I did in march to get rid of my hipdips... let me tell you, i cried. But now, 3 months later, I’m doing these with almost no hip dips and ankle weights. The dips are still there a bit but I accepted them now. I’m in a happier headspace thanks to alle the workouts on here:)

      @@alessiamartina Everything is connected. Glutes, hammies, thighs, legs. These moves target your Glutes Maximus, Glutes Medius & Glutes Minimus (butt). It's a BUTT workout not a Butt & Legs workout. Hope that helps😀

    This workout has now become a staple part of my leg days and I can definitely see and feel results. I still have no idea how she does this workout with a smile the entire time and no huffing and puffing. I curse through it to this day 😭

    I don't know if it was a glitch, but I feel like there were 2-20 reps lifting right leg up while laying on the side, and only 1-20 rep on the left side.
    Either way, I LOVE Nicole Steen! Her energy, motivation, charisma and words of support kee me pushing through. #BunsofSteen for the win!

    Love this video. This was a challenging and surprisingly fun workout that went by quickly. I always appreciate the included warm up and cool down. Nicole provides great tips throughout to maintain good form and make me laugh and smile when I felt like screaming and crying. :)

    I was looking for a series of strong exercises. I was to burn my lower body. I used to be a professional dancer. Nicole was presenting something totally new and tough.
