The storyline and writing style is very reminiscent of J Townsend, the author of TFTGS, which is my favorite series.

I think I like this story. I can imagine the shenanigans if Sam, Rusty and Spike ever made a cameo or guest appearance in Hollow's End.

You do the deputy so well! I just picture a brave yet not so smart guy whose words dig his own grave everytime he opens his mouth. His ignorance is also like a superpower! It's also the lack of knowledge and his stupid reactions to new things really make him great! His inability to think before acting is definitely his signature move. I'd enjoy the job with him as my boss and the monsters too...but id be terrified honestly.
I am so invested in this town and it's people! Gives me Goosebumps meets Eureka vibes. I love it

Ah yes, the silver king. As soon as the kid showed up I thought 'wait a minute. There was this one story with the kid who wanted to get to the police station in the middle of the night and was some kind of super powerful supernatural beings' :D

This is my 1st time listening to ur narration & I guess ur story....I love both of them ! The story was Wonderful, I love it wen theres humor added & u pulled it off perfectly.
U have a new dedicated fan, I'll be downloading everything I can find with ur name on it. I thought for a min that I accidentally touched my fone & it skipped back a ways, then wen u were trying to say that one part correctly for the 9th time I started feeling sorry for u, I thought wow he's really having a time with that part, I wonder why he didn't edit that out maybe lol, then my huge brain caught on (some times it takes me a min but I usually catch up). That was great tho, got an x'tra laugh at the end.

I'm kind of disappointed to see this is not in the same universe as Hollow's End. They are so similar in humor and subject matter that they really could be from the same universe.

" and one that learned how to sing... baby shark" literally the SCARIEST part of the story. Imagine having a dog that just sings baby shark over and over again. I have kids and listened to it for two years. and now im crazy lol.
when you do the forest a solid, say like saving it from a out of control bonfire that could've very easily started it on fire, it will do you a solid in return, say like helping you incapacitate evil wolf creatures and then guiding you out

Sat next to my giant flooffy newfoundland who indecently would 100% eat a whole ass chicken if i let her, crocheting a jumper all snuggley on the couch while i listen. Everytime you said dog or chicken she looked up at me wagging like "where doggo?" Or "CHICKEN YES PLEASE CHICKEN GIB" so yea she got a couple chicken jerky treats during this story. Just a mention of chicken and im drowning in newfoundland drool 😂 i loved it, daisy the doggo loved it. 10/10 😅

Not long ago I heard a story on another channel about a guy who picked up a kid in the middle of nowhere. The kid was some supernatural being and called 'king of something something' and wanted a ride to a police station in the next town. So I guess this is some kind of continuation or something like that :D

I got exactly 30.00 for my old S10 pickup at the scrap yard, little guy blew up going up a steep hill, I limped it to the scrap yard with the motor banging, at the weigh station it dropped its oil all over, and threw a rod. I got 30 bucks which paid for a taxi home. Don't leave your stuff people. 30 bucks is 30 bucks lmao.
