I love Carly Pearce so much. I just turned 30 and got divorced in a relationship that was very similar to how she felt with Michael Ray. This album has been therapy for me, so she is doing exactly what she said she hoped she would!

Marriages make it and some don’t! If it’s meant to be it’s meant to be if it isn’t than it isn’t . Divorce isn’t shameful it’s a choice you make to end a relationship that you no longer want to be engaged with! I’m sorry the marriage didn’t make with Michael Ray but that’s a part of life relationships either grow or grow apart! Divorce includes 2 people not just one !

Divorce is a painful process, even in the "best" circumstances, where there isn't anger, malice, etc. You choose a spouse thinking that this person is the person that you will partner with for the rest of your days. No one else in your life will know you as personally. Sometimes you marry someone and have no idea who that person really is. No one really does. We don't know everything about a person. People can be judgmental, gossip, etc. Do some marriage end for selfish or flippant reasons? Sure. But many don't. We have no idea what goes on behind doors in someone's home. And Carly is right - people on social media....phew. So if anyone has negative thoughts on Carly, her situation, keep it to yourself. We don't live her life and she is trying to use her experience to help others.
