Some Finnish employers don't have their company names and license uploaded on the website you showed us. Does this mean they are not authorised to hire foreign workers? Must you find their names on the list to be convinced that they are certified?
Any Finish employer that doesn't have the right approval to employ foreign workers will not issue you work contract if you are outside Finland, that's why some will tell you to be in the country before they can give you job

Hello bro, I have gone through most of these employers websites and I noticed that most of them require one to be able to speak Finnish, while some require one to have a driver's license and occupational safety card. How do one go about this?
It's now difficult bro but there are still some who can employ you if You have good skills they need.... As for the driver's license, if you get employed, you can use Nigerian drivers license is you have already in Nigeria you can change it later

I have a bachelor's degree and a graduate degree in Special Education. As well as all of my certificates of completion and English as a Second Language certification. We live in the Philippines right now. I am a retired teacher from Canada, and we have lived here for the past ten years time. We just built our permanent home in this place. We have to move to a country with free education for our two daughters, aged nine and sixteen. Finland seems like an ideal country to move my family to that place.
Like you said Finland here is very good to raise kids and settle as well if that is your main priority but every country still has it's own challenges but there is no doubt that Finland is a good country and I prefer her over mostly over rated countries
