Bhaiyya BARC jyada better hai ki iocl? Currently I'm in BARC, doing my training as a TSO.
Both have pros and cons , BARC is pure Govt organisation and IOCL is PSU , PSUs have some extra Perks , Coming to work life balance at IOCL that is good for BARC I have invited a scientist who is working at BARC that video will be published within 4 days

Furniture is a part of cafeteria that is thirty five percent of cafeteria if you take it will be deducted. You can enjoy health and benifit only if your parents income is not more than nine thousand per month and your parents stay with you. I am in a position to answer this as my son has been working in marketing division, pune for two and half yerrs. He was ranked130in instrumentation and 1700 in electronics in 2021.Again this year he secured275and500in the same subject respectively.
You are right if we will take that will deducted but we will get maintenance claim so over all we are in profit
Cafeteria is divided into two parts, 27 and 8 percent, if you buy something, only then you get that eight percent. I f not you will get twenty seven percent.
I haven't received any health benifit so far as I don't stay with my son. Company, s rules are for company, s sake. There are rules, but there asref many ifs and buts.

In marketing division training was from thirteenth of December to nineteenth of April in a five star hotel, itc sonar Bangla
There were different centrs, this facility was not available to other division like pipeline and refinery division.

Cost of living in foreign countries i s at least eight times higher than in dia. If an iocl officer is sent to foreign assignment, his salary i s multiplied by eight. T cs ic never better than iocl. It, s like living in fools paradise. In iocl you areAgrade officer in tcs you are simply an engineer. There is no guarantee of promotion, ther is chance of expulsion.
