Mention everything but the NDP/Liberal party policies 🤦‍♂️
"Why is AB cheaper to build" ... eventually mentions taxes but then moves on. What a foolish show without actually addressing the REAL reason.

I'm trying to work and pay for all the government workers and all they do is create more gov jobs and report on all the jobs available. Selling off land for money laundering and investment is a terrible plan for people trying to live.

They will come back? I went to Alberta had both my children there. Came back to BC from Edmonton in 1992 . The weather was why i came back home. Snow on labour day . Was the final straw. Hasn't always been easy in BC . But the Okanagan is my home and i own nothing.

Your paying some of the highest prices in Canada to live on the west coast, where the governments polices and taxes are totally insane. People put up with it "Because it's beautiful" but now they are going to have to cover the views and skylines with more buildings because their isn't enough housing inventory. It's a losing battle, and as people flood here to AB we will eventually become what BC is currently, will just take a little time. Eventually SK will be next, flat prairies and watch your dog run away for a week but hey at least its affordable and low taxes.
