Romano had absolutely the best form in this parkour. Much better than AH and Faceless.
Very deep squats. No cheating.
Beautiful pull ups! Looked so damn fluid and organic.
Somewhat surprised he did the bench just as good as Faceless and AH.
AH and Faceless was faster. But Romano did it the best. Almost deserve 1 point extra for doing it the right way.

Romano is the faceless but with rest in between each exercise.
Sherif Ahmed false their arms and body build is completely different plus Romano is easily about 2-3" taller than facelessif you compare the time when pascal goes against faceless
Plus Romano has a clear separation between his deltoid and his shoulders while the faceless has very rounded shoulders in general

ELT3 Prodigy he wasn't saying they are the same person he said they are comparable in there style and strength. He was saying that they have different approaches to the parkour.
I mean... anyone who finishes is incredibly versatile and strong... they both did just that. Worth mentioning that Pascal was average at best back then when they first introduced him in a battle... Now? He is one of the strongest (and most spirited) competitors, keep it up man!

let's be honest none of us expected him to win and seeing how calm romano was it wasn't gonna happen anyways, but he gave a great effort and that's all we can ask for.

Damn. That was propably the best SWL we have seen yet. Didn't expect to see Pascal to complete the parcour. And Romano improved so much over the last few battles. I liked his strategy, where he rested between the sets and not be during the sets. Awesome!

Massive respect to both. Despite both athletes finishing the parcours, you could see a difference in class. While the Rottweiler was mostly looking like he was about to die (hats off to his heart), Romano looked he was taking part in a fucking tea ceremony.

My girlfriend had the idea of watching some strength wars while we are having dinner. Getting into the channel we saw that a new video was uploaded just 2 seconds ago! Well, what a coincidence I thought! After watching the battle, I am definitely thankfull to my girlfriend for having this amazing idea! ;)

he doesnt want he said.....and he is trained for olympic weightlifting and not powerlifting - yeah hes strong but faceless is doing warm up with clarence's PR's......romano and thomas are also doing reps with his pr's
it's true that he doesn't have the endurance for this parkour, he's used to do singles (really heavy lifting and with plenty of time to recover)... but faceless PR on squat (LOW BAR) is 300KG x 3, clarence PR on reps is 260x5 (with pause and no belt, no sleves, no knee wraps) 300KG as RM, faceless deadlift PR is 350 (SUMO), and clarence's deadlift PR is 340 (conventional) no belt but with straps... those numbers are far from what ROMANO and THOMAS can actually do, besides they train every damn day for powerlifting and now some strongman stuff and they are near to turn 30 years, clarence is in he's 20, if he wants to do some powerlifting believe me, he has fucking potential to do it.

pascal has really improved over the course of strength wars. before the parkour even started, i seriously thought he wasnt going to pass the bench press. he has really shown a great deal of drive and determination. im highly impressed and even though the winner was predictable, this one has to be my favorite so far.
Love the respect they have for each other at the end of the battle, both knowing what each other just went through. Absolutely crazy, big respect to both! And Romano for calculating and killing it!
