Babymonster rami is being considered as the best vocalist right now of 5th gen. All of the members of baby monster are all rounders, all of them can dance, rap and sing.

She is having one of the besg vocal techniques. She is indeed one of the best vocalists of whole kpop industry. And as yg himself said that rami can compete with any pop star.
Rami is so under rated for her dance, her work ethic, her comedic abilities, and her intelligence as well. I would love to see their IQ scores as I think they are all absolutely brilliant and Rami & Rora have absolutely proven they are genius. Like YG said to Rami, "Your biggest strength is that you know how to practice" is a testiment to her high IQ. Rora is so talented in everything including cooking (she was a regular on Man vs Child cooking show and actually won) and science (she was a finalist in Korea's National Science Competition) she has already proven she is a genius. I think Asa & Ahyeon have also shown genius qualities. Ruka & Canny are goofballs and I think they hide how smart they are with their goofy antics. Pharita is very quiet on camera but I think she is a totally different vibe when cameras are not rolling, probably due to her family standing and upbringing coming from Crazy Rich Asians type of money. I agree with Rami that ALL 7 of them are ACES.
Rora is my favorite singing voice. She is a Siren and has a calming effect whether singing soft, hitting power notes, or even talking = I go into a relaxed trance. Ruka is my 2nd favorite singing voice and I really want to hear her sing more. Her voice is like a combination of Rora, Jisoo, and Onda (My 3 favorite vocals and all 4 are my bias).

Rami is the best vocalist of 5th gen . I know some people will not be able to digest the fact but her technique versatility range etc combines to prove this point. She can hit any note effortlessly. Moreover she is an ace who excels in everything. So its not wrong to say that rami is claiming the title of Queen of 5th Gen.
It's as absurd as before people blindly said "high notes don't represent a good vocal" and now everyone wants to dismiss Rami just because another idol makes high/whistle notes without knowing that Rami can do it and a lot, Rami simply has a much better tone to change her voice, just watch her cover of City Burns

If you want to she her cover on live performance you can check Kim cover on driver license on Indonesian Next Big Star Competition or just type Kim the voice kids Indonesia. You can check her performance of beat it from michael jackson when she was 11 years old.
You can also check her recent Adele cover Easy on Me and Magnetic by Illit on VVUP channel youtube. most of her cover of gave me goosebumps.

I don't usually jump on the "this member is being forgotten" bandwagon. But to be honest I think Ruka has been so underutilized thus far. She gets her rap parts then fades into the background. She has not been given the opportunity to show her vocal skills and sometimes seems like a backup dancer in choreo. If she's not going to be given more vocal parts then at least let her shine more as the Lead Dancer. Every one of the BM Members are hugely talented and yes I agree that Rami is the Best Vocalist of the 5th generation (4th generation too as far as I am concerned). I am just hoping Ruka will also get her chance to really show her all around talent. 🙏🙏

@@none6632 they are both very under appreciated, and YG set it up like that, he gave them the least screen time in last eval literally just setting up for them to have less fans than the other members. I honestly think for whatever reason he though Rami and rora were the least likely to be able to stand out and have a solo career, he knows they can both sing amazingly but I don’t think he thought they have as much star power sadly, at least now I feel like he’s been giving both rora and Rami a lot more screen time because he has realized that every member of baemon is very popular (lucrative),, rora deserves more recognition as well I agree, she really stood out in forever and I hope they continue to give her lots of lines and opportunities!

Rami's vocal technique and skill has been there since the beginning of Last Evaluation time. Each member of BM is skillful, versatile, and talented. But talent alone does not secure likeablility and popularity. Her so-so character comparing to other members prevent her from shining. Rami's popularity ranks 6th followed by Rora (7th).
With rami actually the thing is she is popular but she is really underhyped .She is the member which is viral all the time because of her talents the only babymonster member to achieve any historic achievement but her talent and true personality was hidden she was getting least screentime but slowly people are recognising her cuz she is so talented that no one can stop her .The only thing is she deserves more hype

And of course there’s a lot of ppl who are YG Stans and Rami Stan’s that would say Rami is the best without looking or listening to other vocalist/singers out there that actually are better for good reasons not just being kissy or whatever as I’m more of a BM fan but at the same time I’ll dare say that KIOF is overall the better group in terms of music and KIOF has their own Identity as a whole which is sadly I can’t say the same about BM and I blame YG for that! Having so much potential to be the best 5th Gen Group but unfortunately being musically produce by ppl who don’t utilize them properly is befuddling but then again it’s YG and they don’t have Teddy doing BM’s music or else they would have a identity as a whole already in which I trust Teddy to do so. And the biggest drawback with BM is that I know that those girls are capable of creating their own stuff as a unit together so why not let the girls have some creative freedom (this is my take) after “Scars to your beautiful” I’m confident if YG let’s them take the Reigns in creating their own style of music the girls

Yes, I definitely agree that Belle is a VERY good vocalist but Rami is technically considered more talented based off of actual skill.
Belle naturally is comfortable in the higher register and can hit high notes. She also has very natural smooth vocals.
Rami though is both naturally comfortable in both the higher and lower register and is obviously known for her ability to hit whistle/high notes with ease. Another thing though is that Rami has better technique.
Also, I have listened to some Kiof performances and I know a lot of them were prerecorded or had a backtrack playing but it still is there voices at the end of day.
I sometimes don’t understand Kiof fans all the time. Monstiez get painted as this fandom that consistently hates on Kiof even though I have seen under multiple Babymonster posts either praising them for their vocals or rap there’s always that one person that says something like, “But Belle is better” or “Julie is better than (blank).” And any Kiof video I have ever stumbled upon there is literally never direct hate from Monstiez or Babymonster being brought up. You could have just not clicked on the video. Like if this video was about Belle instead I would have just scrolled.

“One of the top vocalist” when you have kiss of life around who have time and time again shown their vocal prowess in not just high notes but low. Hanuel has a way lower register then rami. And Belle has a high whistle register. What sucks about bm is that the group seems so separated. With the rap line not being able to set a tone on stage, The vocal line having the weirdest line distribution, and The total of the group is off.
I honestly have such high respect for Kiss of Life as a Monstiez but the comments like this and the fandom has definitely pushed me away from them. Also, in this comment you had to mention two Kiol members when talking about the top vocalist. Vocalist is singular btw.
Also I’m not too educated on Hanuel’s vocal register and that’s great for her but your statement is making it sound like Belle is the only one who can do whistle notes between her and Rami. Rami has literally gone viral again and again for her whistle notes. Rami in fact is the better vocalist.
Also I don’t know what you mean by set the tone? Like their fan meetings that are basically baby concerts that also have the best concert like energy to them and the rappers definitely contribute towards that atmosphere. Ruka and Ahyeon are known for hyping up the crowd and making the place full of energy and Asa always has so much flow and charisma to her performances.
Also I beg you to please go check out the line distribution to Kiol’s, Sticky, vocal distribution and then look at Bm’s vocal distribution and think about what you said.

I just did some research and the weirdest vocal distribution between Bm is in, Sheesh, where the biggest difference in the vocal lineup is 7 seconds. However, in Kiol’s new song, Sticky, there is around a 30 second difference between Belle and Hanuel who I’m pretty confident in saying that they are both in the vocal lineup.

But the second half, it’s depends on the situation. I think it was a good idea to give Rami an actual line instead of having a high note and singing half of a line. Yes the whistle/high note does add a lot to the end of song but the actual line gives her a higher chance of being higher in the line distribution list. Also, I don’t want this is to also be blurred into the idea that Ahyeon didn’t deserve the high note or something similar. It’s not like Ahyeon is a bad vocalist and struggles to hit the note every time. She is a good vocalist and I’m proud she is showing her talent.
Also it’s not like Rami didn’t at least get a high note she might have not gotten something close to a whistle note in this song but she very much got a high-ish note.
