If you're facing an issue with your smartphone not being able to connect to the Wi-Fi network you selected and the phone is brand new and perfectly fine, then there might be some settings that you need to tweak in order for it to work.
In this video, I'll share with you a few tips how to resolve this issue and show you the method that helped me to fix this problem on one of my smartphones. The model that I will be showing it on is Realme C25Y but the similar actions can be done on any Android smartphone.

My android tv network (hotspot) status is Limited Connection. Can not run CZcams. Change system date in my phone to Network Provided Time. Change system date in my android tv to Network Provided Time. Now youtube working. Might apply to other devices.
