TRENCH COMPOSTING - HOW TO TRENCH COMPOST - STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

Welcome to Adam’s Gardening Guides.
Composting is an important part of gardening, and for me an essential part of gardening.
I want to recycle and make full use of all the vegetable material I produce and use a variety of methods to compost it, from traditional compost heaps to worm bins.
But if you don’t have a bin you can use an alternative method called ‘Trench Composting’ through the winter months in particular, and in this video I’ll show you how.
In this video I show you step-by-step how I trench compost your kitchen waste or other vegetable material you have in your garden.

Thank you for sharing this ingenious method. My compost bins start overflowing in the winter so this is a great way to incorporate compost directly into beds. Saves me time in the Spring too. What a great idea! I have a lot of egg shells in mine--they don't always break down completely.
