How about replacing the 2 O rings with new ones only, and keep using the actual plastic connector itself? I see that everybody changes this plastic part without explaining why, as it shows no obvious wear. Very good content, keep it up!

Thanks for the great video. Putting the connecter back in is a nightmare for me. There's not enough room to hold it with both hands and push in.

If you can find the right o rings then ok , but the part is not expensive so most people replace the whole unit.
It's very cheap to replace the entire plastic connector. He said 15.
