Also, you brush long hair from the bottom up instead of top down. Start an inch from bottom and brush..then up another bit and so on. Go under the tangles and work up.
I have always had long hair and this keeps you from ripping more out. Love the wet brush too. Thx for these other ideas!

Yes! Bone broth is fantastic! We make ours in the instant pot. We add a few teaspoons to our dogs food and his coat has gotten so long! We are constantly having to trim the hair between his toes so he doesn’t slide all over the kitchen floor. He loves the homemade bone broth and will hardly eat store-bought now. 😂 We make it a lot so we can all enjoy it.

No heat. I gave up using any heat on my hair a couple of years ago. I only wash my hair twice a week and then I sleep in soft foam rollers. My hair is so much happier and healthier.

Proof that an eyelash serum works is only acceptable if the eyes have no makeup in the before and after pictures. Your 'after' eye is open slightly more than in the before, which will make your lashes look longer. And, it's hard to tell if you might be wearing more mascara in the after picture. I would love to find a eyelash/eyebrow serum that works but your pictures don't convenience me. You do have gorgeous eyes.

Hmmm...skeptical. I have Alopecia. There’s a big misconception that hair will grow back. That’s not the case for many people. Maybe if you’ve lost hair to health, stress or babies/hormones it will, but it won’t if you have a “disease” like Alopecia or if genetics aren’t on your side. :(
Just be aware. Shea, you’ve always had great hair, so it’s hard to actually see a big enough difference for the money for most others.

I have to agree with the idea of not washing your hair every day! My hair gets oily very quickly. I found that using colorless henna hair treatment really helps with oil control. If you can’t find colorless henna, try finding henna hair color that is closest to your own. I use Herbatint. It works great. I hope this helps someone here. ❣️

I used to wash my hair every other day. I made an effort to slowly lengthen the time between washes and my scalp adjusted and stop producing so much oil to compensate for how much i was drying out by washing it so much. I've always had thin, fine hair and now it's the thickest it's ever been and i only wash my hair twice a week

It all starts with your scalp! Get a shampoo that has tea tree oil and rosemary and massage it in your scalp every morning and use a thickening conditioner for the ends to make your hair stronger and less likely to break apart.
Use a leave in conditioner or spray with tea tree oil, rosemary oil, biotin. Focus on your scalp.
Use a detangler to avoid breakage.
Try not use heat on your hair and reduce putting stress on your hair by putting it in a tight pony-tail
Take biotin and saw palmetto supplement.
These things have worked for me

This inversion method will do two things. It will help you fall asleep. So do this at night in bed or whenever you need to sleep. I have a silk bonnet and a pillow case. I really don't see how the pillow case helps keep skin wrinkle free. My cheek still pushes toward my mouth when I side sleep-hence laugh lines. But wearing your hair up helps with hair health, too. Hair always brushing and laying against our clothes, unless we only wear silk tops, fabrics are drying to the hair ends. That is what I am dealing with for a few years. I used to have beautiful hair. I never thought it would ever be dry. Someone who looks just like you uses Briogeo hair products.

Scalp massage is really good for your scalp. What works well for me is not over-washing my hair. I wash it twice a week. My hair is naturally dry and I live in the desert. On days between shamlooing, I run dry shampoo through the top. I also do not over-product my hair or over-work it. I go for a trim about every 12 weeks...and she only needs to take about 1/8 inch off. Seriously, she calls it a dusting. I have naturally thick hair, and then, I had chemo 30 years ago and now I must have my hair thinned! I just think, treat your hair kindly and you'll have nice long hair.

Another tip is DO NOT use a bath towel after you wash your hair..it causes too much friction - frizz and breakage - wrap a cotton t-shirt around your head to absorb the water and then scrunch the excess water out ( with t-shirt) before putting hair products in. You will notice a big difference especially for those curly hair girls!!

What you can do (so your hair fixes it’s own split ends) is to have an “oil-cure” ❤️ I have one between every 7 or 14 days ❤️ I mix my own oils; coconut, aragan, Jasmin, castor and another hair oil (with some type of berries). You can leave it in with a cap for 2 hours or even over night (I do over night ❤️) .
I will try your tricks as well, I need thicker hair, and longer (my hair goes to my mid thigh, but my husband don’t think I can grow as long as to the floor, so I’m going to do that just to show him it’s possible 🙈)

I would believe her better if her “before” pic wasn’t exactly as long as her “after”/current pic lol

Couple months ago, she talked about her extensions. This video made me lose respect for her.

She always been honest, she allready said that she cut her hair multiple times after the first picture... didn’t you pay attention?

I ordered Vegamour eyelash serum and I'm just starting to see results 7 weeks later. I tried to order the hemp infused product but they don't ship that product to Canada (even though marijuana isn't illegal here??). I'd love to try the hair serum! Thanks for suggesting : )

You should make a review for the best hair products/shampoo/conditionners...you have beautifull hair.

I also use a Scalp Scaler with a scrubber like the pink one you showed. I use that once a week before cleaning with a co-wash or Wen. Also, I'm about to use fermented rice water this weekend for the 1st time!! If it's not too terrible of a process, I would like to do that every 3 to 4 weeks. We'll see.... :)

I only wash my hair two times a weeks. I get it wet and put a intense conditioner in for two of those times

I am on month two of using their original hair serum. I was skeptical at first, but was desperate because I was 4 months postpartum and was losing clumps of hair. I can now see some baby fuzz coming in and even my husband noticed that my hair shed has slowed down. Not sure if this is due to hormones finally settling down, but whatever the case I am going to keep giving it a go! Have you ever tried their eyebrow one? Interested in that one but wondering if the hair growth one can just be smudged on to the eyebrows too. Also, I need a boost-do you give haircut/style suggestions for new, frumpy moms? Heehee.

What a great video! Thank so much! I am going to buy that bone broth or start looking for recipes. How many times do you apply the serum? Every day? Thank you very much for all this info. Oh I forgot! Could you tell me the link for the bone broth? Do you buy it frozen?

Castor Oil will help your hair grow if you massage it into the scalp especially in the areas at the front where there’s a lot of breakage. It’s amazing for lash and brow growth too and it doesn’t cost a fortune.
