Are the zones that are setup fixed across all the virtual desktops or can they be setup differently per Desktop ? Already added Maccy as this has caught me out regarding paste buffers being lost. Hey! very useful tips, I have just downloaded Macy and set the copy shortcut for the screenshots. However, I was wondering if Macy is safe to use as its open source and for passwords as well? (I believe you don't use a clipboard manager for syncing between Apple devices?)
For screenshooting to clipboard, cmd + shift + 4 should put your mouse at screenshot mode. For clipboard copying, hold option as you let go of your click. Just one button

Quick question on BetterSnapTool- If you have a lot of icons/programs across the top of your screen (menubar strip) or the new MBP with notch it is possible that the BST icon will not be visible. What is the alternate (keyboard shortcut or other) way to access the context menu specific options (e.g.- "Snap Areas (Advanced Feature)" needed to define/edit zones)? When I run the app from spotlight I only get the preferences window which I do not think lets me define/edit zones. Thanks in advance for your answer to this.

Hi, coming from windows, is there an app where it can automatically select one of the passive windows/apps "open" in the background when you "close" the currently active/selected app? can't get used to the fact that you have to actually click on the app to select it and the menu bar stays on the app you just closed.
Here is another tip! If you press “option + shift + K”while typing, it will create a little apple logo that looks like this: (DISCLAIMER: This apple logo only shows on Apple devices and it might not work on some devices.)
this question doesn't relate to your video at all but i just want to know whether u recommend putting a screen protector on your Mac or not? Since some websites on the internet agree and some don't.
Your screenshot tip isn't needed, as it's built in. Press CMD + SHIFT + 5. You can then choose where to save the screenshot like your clipboard, desktop, documents etc. And it remembers your last setting so mine is always doing a copy to the clipboard. It has more options like part of your screen or the full screen and you can also record your screen with it. Hope this helps

It has to be visible in the menu bar when defining the zones.
