I'm actually kind of surprised these people aren't trashing this, and I am too. This is honestly great. It feels like not every character was morally gray, but the acting was good, the dialogue was good, and it felt kind of realistic.

Why did nate not have a gun, why didn't he drive there? Why didn't he hire a bodyguard, why didn't he just have ricky come to him? I know it's for the story and all, but I feel like he coulda still gotten robbed without there being a million plotholes.

Only guys at the top of the pyramid make it in the empire, everyone else is just some pawn or delivery boy, you get used up and let go and now you broke as hell and tied in with drug use. The chances of making it in the drug tycoon is just as good as getting a good business going, it’s a big risk that just ain’t worth it. It’s ur life at a 95% stake for a 5% chance at fortune.
