Yaaay Diana Ankudinova (now 18) finally got a new chance to shine in professional environment after 3 years!
The ShowMaskGoon is a new TV show on Russian HTB channel, every saturday (8 episodes left), where best/winners of 3 music shows (The Mask, You are Super, Superstar) perform,
and vote giving 2 to 9 points to each other at every episode's end. So Diana sits with them when others perform.
They got only one 9 point, one 8 point, etc.
So they are forced to give 2 points to someone, and they wont vote for themselves.
(She got 7x 9 points, 1x 8 points this round. The guest star of this episode gave 1 point to everyone equally)(72 total)

Greetings from Scotland! Yes, the other 8 contestants in this competition were very shocked - not surprisingly! They all gave her a standing ovation and wondered what they could possibly do to better THAT performance! Diana is currently in 1st place with a 17 point lead. Привет из Шотландии! Да, остальные 8 участников этого конкурса были очень шокированы - что неудивительно! Все они аплодировали ей стоя и задавались вопросом, что они могут сделать, чтобы превзойти ЭТО выступление! Сейчас Диана занимает 1-е место с отрывом в 17 очков. Суббота в 21:00 по московскому времени - следующая передача (№2 из 9) на CZcams-канале НТВ она загружается каждую субботу. Он называется "ШоуМАСКгоон" Можем мы вас там увидеть? Diana sang this Elvis Presley song in the first episode of the 'Шоумаскгоон' (ShowMASKgoon) competition. Diana is the youngest participant and with her first song she tore the participants and viewers from their seats.
9 winners of the previous shows 'The Mask', 'Superstar' and 'Du bist Super' take part in this new format and they have to sing in 9 categorys: Folk-Hit, Song at the End of the 20th Century, Soviet Song, Pop-Hit, Song of your Choice, New Music, Song from Cartoon or Film, Rock-Hit, Grammy
The man who jumps up is the famous opera tenor Yusif Eyvazov and husband of the world-famous opera singer Anna Netrebko. He is a guest of honor and representative of the operatic genre in this first episode of the competition.
Those competitors have to evaluate each other and they have praised Diana in the highest tones: “Diana is out of competition, she amazes with her talent, it is impossible to tear yourself away from her, you want to listen endlessly, they have tears in their eyes and are even afraid to blink”.
8 out of 9 participants (Diana cannot give herself any points) gave Diana the highest number of points (9). She received a total of 72 points and is w ell ahead of second place (55 points). 24 hours after the show Diana had already reached over 300,000 viewers on CZcams, the second participant 71,000, the other 11,000-24,000 views ... I'm looking forward to the next episode, next saturday.

My interpretation of it all, when she sings that wonderful and super emotional cover is that she's a faraway and exiled witch girl (that can manipulate others with her magical and positively cursed female voice) living in the darkest woods far from civilization and have fall in love with a human boy (a boy she stalks almost every time ,when she's at the outskirt of the woods, close by the human city in which he's unaware of that she does..)from the royal palace that she KNOWS she's never can (not only due her condition of being a witch girl, but also when she talks, then it goes unusually manly deep despised by many snub and irrational royalists and other lower rank human citizens ,where the human boy are among with constantly. It however goes very well, when singing with it, though. Her most ultimate capabilities) have in which that hurts her so almost deadly bad and that's why she's mesmerizing emotionally expressing herself with this unique cover of that wonderful song of Elvis P. a voice so dangerous and mesmerizing that it destroys almost all on her path where she is in the woods after ANOTHER unreachable love-sight of the human boy....Yeah..lol....Anyways, a nice reaction,that's for sure.
