This was absolutely lovely. The first royal report that kept the reporting to facts and did not include speculation nor anything to do with a certain party who derailed all news media last week. No hyperbole, no ex-royals, not a single mention of "olive branches" thanks be to God!
But no wonder there's speculation. It's known that Buckingham & Kensington Palaces will not be telling the whole truth, and may even be deviating from the truth somewhat.
If Buckingham & Kensington Palaces won't provide the facts (and it's understandable that they don't), then people will always speculate.
No speculation can we accept. Unless it's from palace than we know we get to the truth. Just brush off all speculation. TQ.

I suspect that both King Charles and Princess Catherine will be more forthcoming about their health battles once they fully recover and if they feel it could truly benefit others. For now, it is good to see that they are both doing what is best to ensure they can recuperate in peace and comfort. Why should the King and Catherine Princess of Wales "be more forthcoming"? They already shared more than any Royal has ever done.
If they want to share more, they will, if not they won't!
Maybe they should just say nothing; then no-one will get their nickers in knots and try to force them to say more than they are comfortable with!

I like the calm, just the fact presentation. For all the speculaters. Remember, a full set of blood tests with cancer tests would be normal. Standard before a hospital procedure as well as to rule out prostrate cancer.

Thank you for your excellent episode. It is a breath of fresh air to see journalists take the privacy seriously of The King and Princess of Wales. As a healthcare worker I can say we are bound by confidentiality and privacy and it is drilled into us not to disclose any information about our patients or their treatment. If someone does disclose information there is usually disciplinary action that is taken against the individual.

Welcome back. A shame it's under such sad circumstances but I remain optimistic both the King and Princess of Wales will fully recover. Both the UK press, TV and social media should be ashamed. The worst is comparing NHS waiting times for Cancer with the King's instant private treatment, as though it were his responsibility. I'm sure if the King did run the NHS it would be much more efficient. X is a cesspit. I'm afraid there's a group of Americans claiming to be Wales fans who denigrate the King & Queen at every turn. I cannot bear the celebritisation of our RF by Americans and wish they'd stop seeing it as Game of Thrones pitting the King against William and claiming jealousy because of events 40 years ago! There is no civilised conversation to be had in Royal Watching anymore, so please keep these videos coming Victoria & Dickie. 🙏👏🇬🇧

Been a while, nice to see you both. The poor Royals are having a tough time. He is not people mixing because his treatmrnt may deplete his immune system. Walking will be good for him. That was a normal walk to church as he usually does. Love Camilla, she will handle him and get the desired result. Bare minimum!❤

@sad-lr4polol the stress Charles is getting is coming from William a well know mean nasty guy who’s turned into drunk. Many articles are sprinkled out there over the years about who William truly is but no one is paying attention to it, too busy watching the other 2 not seeing that this all has been a play ever since Harry chose this girl. Ok don’t believe me, one day soon the truth will come out this 2024. Charles is now very worried because he and everyone knows William is not ready to be a king. They’ve created a monster. By the way, where is Kate? I guess you too believe and have bought into another continued play that she had abdominal surgery and she was in the hospital. In fact she was never ever there. Not a nurse doctor or staff saw Kate come into the hospital, got care or treatment in the hospital, received visitors in the hospital or left the hospital. Don’t let that William visit for 15 minutes once in 2 weeks fool you that too was another play. Charles was there though and he can be vouched for but no other VIP or royal was there at that time it was reported Kate was. The media knows what’s happened to Kate but will continue the constant consistent attacks on the other 2 while the royal family and the government can sail through with the distraction. Most of Britain has no clue what’s truly going on but some do and they’re exposing it on different platforms.
Harry and Meghan had to run for their lives. They were being attacked and setup from both sides giving information to the media both Clarence House and Kensington Palace, Camilla is the one dropping bits about Kate now since the ‘surgery’ (have you seen that play from her biographer)
Keep an open mind people and be objective just for a minute ask yourself why and how come Andrew gets a pass, gets mom to pay a 12million pound settlement and he gets a free pass a known ‘P’.

I have been waiting for this!! Thank you both so much for doing this. By the way, Victoria, the King and Queen were photographed walking to church again this morning. I think it is so reassuring. My father had prostate cancer and died a little over a year ago. It had spread to his bones by the time they found it which was a blessing bc he wouldn't have done chemo anyway. Due to a surgery gone wrong years ago he did not have a spleen which meant he had no immune system. I have 12 chronic illnesses and no immune system. He only lived 3 hours away from me but due to co vid I did not see him the last 3 years of his life. He ended up thanking me for saying no bc he finally realized he would have died immediately and I could have too. I just hope that Camilla can keep him from being out in the public. I wish she would wear a mask but Im sure that would cause more alarm. Also, yesterday Catherine and William and the kids moved to Amner Hall since the kids are on half term. I just wish they would not fly together but hopefully they will stop that soon. Sending love to all of your family.❤

Thank you for responding to me and for your very kind words. My dad and I were so much alike and he was for sure my support system. We kept each other positive all of my life, which is not easy to do with my narcassistic mother. In the end, it was me trying to keep him positive. He would call and sing me happy birthday every year and I so miss that. I was going to have him leave it in a voicemail, but on his "good days", I didnt want to bring him down so I never got it. I do have many text messages from him though. I'm telling you this because I know your dad is getting up in age. If there is anything you want to have him write to you or record for you, do it sooner rather than later. You are so appreciated by so many people and when I see your dad is the guest on a show my whole face lights up!! If he hasn't written a book you should have him write one now. So much love and admiration to you both!!❤️

I agree with Dickie the walk to church wasn't choreograped (The King enjoys his walks) but the decision to make the announcement of HM's cancer diagnosis was decided after he was seen in public the previous day. If He hasn't gone to church on that Sunday the statement may have been delayed by a couple more days.

Ah, Rob, we took a brief hiatus due to other commitments. Our wonderful British producers are based in LA; the sound team in the UK, tech in Cyprus and Dad and I either side of the Atlantic so there are a lot of moving parts, but we're all thrilled to be back. Thanks so much for watching.

I think that it's now time to restructure the monarchy. There are only 7 senior Royals(Charles, Camilla, Anne, William, Catherine,Edward and Sophie), two of them are out of commission, the spouses of the two who are out of commission is having to assist with their care and carry on Royal Engagements. Camilla, Anne, William, Edward and Sophie can't do it all. The RF isn't having as many children as it did in the past and although the patronages depend on Royal exposure to call attention to those causes, there just isn't the manpower to carry on as it has.
Shame on H and his wife !Royal family had enough stress ,God save the King and Princess Katherine 🙏

They are being transparent out of necessity, since he will be missing in action. It is rumored the queen had cancer, but no one questioned anything because they claimed it was mobility issues. Who 95 doesn’t have mobility issues. Additionally, the King is OK for now, but as cancer treatment continues, he could become debilitated. Please be more truthful.

Of course, anyone and everyone is entitled to medical privacy. My point is if they said nothing and the King had to cancel all engagements, the world would be melting down without knowing any information because he is the King of England.
@elizabethjones5571 I suspect that King Charles will be more forthcoming about divulging the type of cancer he is battling once his treatments end. I agree with Dickie and Victoria that to release any details now will only invite doctors and other "experts" to weigh in with a list of treatments and varied diagnosis for a patient they have not had the opportunity to exam and assess. This would do nothing more than offer more speculation into the King Charles' health. King Charles has always shown to be a person who cares deeply about people, and I think he will take any opportunity to share his own cancer battle if he truly believes it could help others. I also think the same about Catherine's abdominal surgery. It was encouraging to hear that the King's prognosis is good. He has always kept himself fit and healthy, and I think this will be beneficial as he undergoes cancer treatments that can be quite brutal and taxing.
We all have our health issues, still don't make it so big about king Charles, the public doest care
