BAD Storms Unleashed: A Look into the Underground Bunker for Protection

- We had some real bad storms push through the Southeast today. A warm front spawned several tornadoes as it pushed through the area. The wind was blowing so hard on top of the landfill! I drove my truck up there and got really stuck, luckily Aaron was there with the new John Deere 750 to pull me out. I decided to head back home where my Son was and go ahead and head to our underground bunker just in case things got nasty. Luckily, the worst of the storms passed to our North. We just had a lot of rain and a few trees down. I figured it was better to be safe than sorry, and this is why I built the underground bunker in the first place so we might as well use it. Thanks for watching, and I hope everyone fared ok during the storms.

It would be cool to add a portable weather station on top of the landfill. Then you would know the wind gusts and rain etc.
That would be awesome! Maybe I’ll try one off Amazon and do kind of a review of it??
@@TheRealMrDigg that would be cool! There's some places you can register to be a station for their product, like flight aware and I think weather underground but I haven't looked into it for years. They basically add you as a node for their tracking.
Enjoy your bunker family time! ⛰️🏡👪⛰️I'm totally jealous but very happy for you!! ⛈️🌬️❄️☃️☁️🌪️
😅👍🏻
The old steam shovel water feature looks cool, what a brilliant idea.
Cool right?! That was my dad’s first piece of heavy equipment. I love how it turned out! Thanks for noticing!!
That's the truck eating quagmire I know, right there boy...👍💪

We are waiting for snow storm in Michigan so far nothing at 1 pm.
Wish we got snow!! We’ve got more thunderstorms rolling in as I type this!
Very nice Bunker.
Thanks buddy, we love that thing!

Jeepers creepers that's some bad weather
It was pretty ugly
Awesome!! ❤ How fun!
Thanks for watching! Storms are pretty awesome!!
Keep safe 🙏 😊
More storms coming today! Very weird January 😳
@TheRealMrDigg Tell me about it. Here in Arizona, we've been having freeze warnings and freezes down to twenty-eight degrees. It's very unusual for Central Arizona 32 degrees now
I've always enjoyed storms too, we got almost 4 inches of rain Tuesday morning and afternoon. I've had enough of rain if it's gonna be cold, I wish we'd get a big snow.
I hope we get snow this year too!
Forgot to ask where you’re from??
@@TheRealMrDigg the foothills above Greenville SC.
Surprised your dad didn’t show up!! haha…the Buckeye State here
lol, stay warm up there buckeye!

Glad you enjoyed, thanks for watching!!
G. L. Williams & Daughter Trucking Inc is this part of your CO
That’s my Uncles company. Totally sperate operation, but were on the same road.

They have amazed me ever since I was little, thanks for watching, and commenting!
Just was watching the very nice channel of. Dirt perfect and he left a link to your u tube channel so now I’ve got a new interesting channel to watch. So this is my first time in watching your channel
Thanks for coming over to check out my channel, hope you like it!
New subscriber. Where did all the coffee come from?
I can’t really say their name, but they’re probably the largest coffee company in the world ……
So much plastic and wood put into the fill, look at a WTE plant (No burn) to power the plant and surrounding properties.
I tried, but getting a permit is near impossible
As you were going up to the top what was all those rolls of plastic or paper? Just caught my eye 😄
Those are the ends of giant fiberglass rolls that were trimmed off. So much waste!!
@@TheRealMrDigg I appreciate the answer back. Glad you’re all okay from the storms but it was interesting seeing your weather. Here in Oregon we’re supposed to have temps going down and freezing rain the next few days. We’ll be sitting in the house watching it. Take care.
You don't have liter fences that you can move to your working face ? That you lift with a dozer or packer blade? We have 15 bull fences and if it's gonna be a windy day I set them up in a horseshoe around the tipping area just to keep down on the litter. We have paper pickers come to but I try to stop as much as i can. How many tons a day do you take in? We take 1,250 a day and we only got an 826 packer and d6t which I run in the trash and a d6n for covering and slopes
I need some of the fences like you are talking about, just havent built any yet. We take in about 800 tons a day. Appreciate you taking the time to comment buddy!!
How many flat tires u get per year
lol, a LOT of
Wow you got to be very wealthy to have a bunker
Nope, just creative
@TheRealMrDigg I really enjoy watching your channel. God bless you and your family
What position does Aaron hold in your company ,is he your right hand man?
Yes, he is the site operations manager. He’s young, but he sure knows what he’s doing!
It’s difficult to recover from the trauma of watching the 24 inch tv. I hope they know that counseling is available. They can overcome this pain 😢😂😂😂
lol 😂
Like the bunker. Did you make it or have it made. Kinda reminds me of atlas bunkers
I made it, and watch some Atlas videos before hand
Comment for the algorithm.
Thanks for feeding the machine!!
@@TheRealMrDigg it's a very hungry machine. Every little bit helps!
You think that when there's a slope with water pooling and particularly in mud it might be slippery and soft on the slope and bottom. DDDUUUHHH!
Thanks for watching
Time to hire some temporary help to clean trash once the storms get done .
Yup!!! Thanks for watching & commenting, I appreciate it!
Why do you not have a camera and monitor screen that you can see in all directions from inside the bunker?
Need that, just haven’t installed yet. Thanks for watching!!!
Is that really coffee?
Yup, coffee grounds
