Of course! All you need to do is open the choeaedol app, and click on the member/group wall (of the banner you just made). For the banner, you need to upload 1:1 pictures, so you need to divide the banner in 3 1:1 pictures and post them. All that's left to do is to drop some hearts (it can be done by you, or someone else) and if it gets a lot of hearts, your banner will be up for about 24hrs
