You miss the main problem is that the female pins in connectors bend over/away . They should be perfectly center to align with the tiny pins on the injector. Put a dab of silicone around connectors after connecting them and zip tie them if you need to.
Sad they have such a dumb problem because I didn't have a problem with mine for over a year and it ran great on my car then bam one wasn't firing leaving me with a dead barrel
No. Altho the zip ties have been holding up with no issues. I ended up ordering some new injectors from FIC, a stock 1 failed. FIC had some other plugs that were way better, alas the space in the injector housing just isn't there:/ Its a really tight arrangement. If i was in an injector warehouse, by the end of the day id probly have a better solution. Even the height of the injector is short compared to most. Literally boxed in by the housing
That one of the many issues with these units.
I fixed mine once and for all, pulled it and installed a carb never looked back.
I Have the same problem... but intermittent.. Im suspecting the Connection... DAMN HOLLEY! make a better connection!
