- In the 2023 Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, Sergio Perez managed to take his fifth career win after starting from pole position for the second time. He had to overtake a charging Fernando Alonso racing for Aston Martin in the first few laps, and from there on, led from lights to flag. Max Verstappen made mincemeat of the field in his Red Bull, starting from 15th and passing everybody on his way to second place. Alonso meanwhile, finished on the podium for the 100th time in his career after a post-race penalty got rescinded.

Because they want to dilute Max`s ability to scoop up WDCs, so he wouldn`t approach Hamilton`s 7 titles. They would be happy that every year there would be a different champion, just not Max.

Well there was that weekend in Turkey where he qualified P1 in the rain, and lead 3/4 of the race on his own pace, when his car broke and he finished P9.

And in that moment, that first lap, Alonso was leading the WC.
The funny part about the helmet camera is that even the F1 TV commentators were talking bad about them.

Verstappen did go home and play on iracing where he won 10/10 races..

So Max drives from P15 to P2. Checo had to overtake 1 guy who was just a bit slower and then cruise for all other laps... But Checo should have gotten DOtD? These F1 commentators really have no clue do they....
Hahaha you have no clue, Max wasnt even in the podium places before the SC and he had 25 laaps to catch Perez who was 5 seconds infront, he didnt so stop inventing

What happened with veloce? They had a great series with Backseat Driver but seems like they got money and made the project worse
From what I know they stopped the series due to low numbers, so after I saw that happened, myself and another content creator had the idea to compile reactions from across the internet and turn it into a new series, as the market had opened up

Sure, Perez will win every street race… if Verstappen has mechanical issues every single time. Verstappen outpaced Perez in every single training session, and was on course to get the pole easily. If he did not have to start at 15th position he would have won.
Agreed that Perez has an edge on street circuits, but like Monaco last year he needs to see Verstappen having a problem somehow to win.
You clearly didnt know the different between qualy time and race pace because Max was the fastest in qualy time but in friday Perez was the best in race pace simulation, and its funny how you said Mónaco where Perez literally beated Max in all the sessions last year and Max didnt have any issue there. And Max was 2nd after the SC with 25 laps to catch Perez, he literally overtook 13 drivers in 25 laps (helped by the SC) but he couldnt catch Perez in 25 laps just 5 seconds infront of him

Okay firstly all of the streams stopped before the whole penalty situation happened.
Also most hadnt started their streams for the anthem or were paying attention
1:52 why would you complain about helmet cams? They're so cool and you can see enough most of the times.
I do think helmet cams are great... just not when someone is going for an overtake as you can't see what's happening.
