Yes i'm doing the timer thing ,because I have seen in his DVD basic training and really works ..Is a great a idea. it's work so far that the metronome for me too.
All the exercises and ideas that he give on this DVD,book and CD they are really Gold
Wow, Rusty in Megadeath would have been wild. I'm sad that he does not get more exposure. People think Rusty is just a shredder but he can play anything.

Rusty taught me guitar several years ago. One of the coolest, most authentic, and awe inspiring people I have ever met. Definitely blessed to have had him as an influence during my teenage years.
