小tips有幾少量就點幾少量，係會白化的所以儘可能點係睇唔到蓋住的位置

Can I use laquer clear also as a glue?

I think that really depends which laquer you are using, theoretically yes, but i am just wondering if the laquer will speed up the oxidation of etching or not, and enamel paint for sure will not have this issue

No don’t think you can. Enamel especially the clear enamel like clear red is sticky but lacquer is not.
