@@rnblover23 I was a mixshow DJ for WGCI in Chicago back when he dropped his 1st joint. This one & "Back For More" were played heavily in the stepper's scene here in the Chi. We couldn't push the record as we were the hip-hop station and our sister station V103 was geared more towards Glenn's songs but they weren't as progressive at picking new artists unless it followed their "research".

My dad was the dude selling incense and oils on the street and he would make me go out and help him all through my adolescent and teenage years. I used to hate it, and would be totally embarrassed whenever I'd run into my classmates from school. As an adult, I realize the how important the lessons I learned from those experiences are and I cherish the time I got to spend with him. I wish he was still on the earth for me to tell him directly! He loved patchouli too!😂😢lol

I met Eric in Minneapolis a few years ago after his show. I was so nervous and told him I had waited 25 years to finally see him. He said, “Whuuut? Then let me give you a hug.” You couldn’t tell me I hadn’t died and gone to heaven.😆 I couldn’t believe how incredibly NICE and HUMBLE he was. I’m so glad meeting him was such a pleasant experience. Team Eric for life!

5:10 -6:00: Grounding, so powerful. When I started becoming one with nature, it changed my life. I use to think people who walked outdoors with no shoes on where crazy 🤣. Then I learned about grounding yourself through nature. I feel so much better after walking barefoot in grass or sand or hugging a tree. Although, I prefer walking in the sand on the beach or at least grass. I still don’t get pavement…dirty ass feet ain’t cute 🤣😭🤣. Just wanted to acknowledge this part. Need to watch the rest. ❤️
