But due to time, money and lack of voice actors, I couldn't make it in time, so that's why I need your help.

I think one of the challenges for you is just how ambitious this project is for a few people let alone just one creator. One thing is how large the cast is, and the amount of lines and animation needed for what looks like a dozen battle scenes from the trailer. Since online help can be fickle and limited I would suggest starting with a project you could handle alone. Spongebob, Sonic Ed Edd n Eddy looks like a good size. starting with just a few main protagonists and villains would make ytp edits go much more smoothly.

My seguestion is a mix of 2d and cgi characters or effects. And how about levels, video game references, cyberspace,and dimensions that you can think of. And do whatever it takes to keep the movie going. Plus music that you heard from in the background. And a scene where our heroes get transported into cyberwold and they have the get through levels including the boss levels to get out make it hard for them to go get through and the ultimate transformation and make some scenes a little emotional, dark, comedy, and crazy. If you have problems with my seguestion let me know
