It would have been cool if the developers made the stage lights around Huggy flicker and turn off, then have us hear loud footsteps echoing in the stage area before turning them back on after a few seconds of complete darkness, revealing that he moved while we couldn't see him to make it extra spooky.

It doesn’t really make sense that the camera is still on for when the power went out bc cameras are connected to the power so it would’ve just shut off

I work in big industrial buildings like this one in the game and there is always back up power sources for things like cameras and servers etc
Probably backup generators for the cameras and stuff like that. Though to be fair if this factory was abandoned why would it have any power still??

Wow. This part had a lot of potential to be hella terrifying. The developers could have made it that we could actually catch Huggy in the act -- of him glancing at us or when he had retrieved the key. The former would have been more terrifying because we catch him in the process of turning his head back revealing that he had been staring at us but resumed his position the moment we turn to look at him. That would have been hella scary!
I really hope they add this camera angle in chapter 3. Where we stumble upon a security room with a bunch of cameras still active and we actually SEE ourselves (Meaning the player we are playing) in the camera footage and Huggy actually MOVING around in his position when we had our backs turned. The moment the power broke, we could see in the footage that Huggy is sneaking the key into his hand while our back was turned -- and then when we go into the room to generate the power back on, Huggy would actually turn his head to secretly watch us go into the room out of sight and then he casually walks off when the power turns back on.
See? Adding that would have made gamers fearful and excited at the same time! So much potential this area could have had!

I play this part on my android phone dude it's so fun
its a hologram situation,holograms can be seen in the dark since they are only projected with little light through printed chips of their figure. When much light is shown,the holograms appearance seems less noticable. Notice how the area is quite dark and when the power is back,its much lighter. (watch miku shows to understand.)Dont ask me how huggy is there or whatever,its just like the situation is similar to a holographic projection.

In this video if you didn't know the game unloads his character and there are many Huggy Wugggys around the map just waiting to be motion triggered. Once there animation finishes, they fall out of the world then get reloaded.

The reason this happened is because huggy is actully alive and if you watch a video called "The Hour Of Joy Poppy Playtime" youll see that huggy, kissy, mommy long legs, and the other monsthers
