Trained in the financial/business sector, Ian reflects on the changing financial climate over the past 18-months and how our Catholic churches, parishes and charities have been phenomenally effected by covid, to the verge of bankruptcy!
He also talks about the 'Culture of Tithing' in the Catholic Church in the UK today, and how we need a 👉 radical 👈 conversion of people's vision for tithing and giving; reminding us that a life of giving is both freeing and fulfilling! 🙌
Ian guides us through the practicals of tithing and how we can be good stewards of all that God has given us. To build up our faith even more, we also hear from Gary Stephens, New Dawn Chairman, who shares a story from his own life about how the Lord returns one hundred-fold for what we give Him! 🙌
Finally, Ian invites you to reflect on the work of New Dawn - bringing people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through Baptism in the Holy Spirit, restoring this nation to its Catholic roots, being a light to the nations and presenting the Church in all Her beauty and splendour, with all Her lights on (to name a few) - and whether this work is something you feel inspired to support.

Since nothing is by chance with the Lord, in today's first Mass reading (2 Corinthians 9:6-10) St Paul reminds us that 'God loves a cheerful giver' and that 'there is no limit to the blessings which God can send you - He will make sure that you will always have all you need for yourselves in every possible circumstance and still have something to spare for all sorts of good works.' Glory to God!! 🙌
