Unfun Fact: the Claws pierce his skin but since his healing factor heals it back when he retracts it, It just hurts everytime, he has gotten used to the pain to the point where it doesn't even affect him at all.
He's stated every time he's asked when they come out, Does it hurt? He'd respond "Everytime"

Yeah but Logan in the movie said differently...
There're very few scenes where Logan's been gone into full rage. Even more enhanced strength and no physical pain with tanking Storm's lethal attack like nothing. He was never fully exploited in Hollywood movies except for maybe in Logan.
Thank you I’m glad someone recognizes, even tho the feats in some of them were on par but it wasn’t even close to what the real wolverine was capable of. For instances jumping almost 10 feet in the air without any boost, enhanced speed reflexes, the only thing they got right was most was his healing factor
And ironically enough logan was supposed to be the come down almost like a dying wolf's last bite
Wolverine is really underrated. His first appearance is literally him being sent to fight Hulk.

As for Emma, she was definitely made out to be more sympathetic in this version.

I don’t know why they didn’t go this direction with the Wolverine anime. It would have been so awesome. The character design of Logan in his anime the wolverine just seems frail and I don’t like how the voice over came out either.

Wolverine's weakness isn't mind control because that part of his brain heals as he is being controlled so this is just a high level telepath and I think his true weakness is his rage because there's been times he killed people on accident from it
Well in the comics, he is immune to telepathy though

That doesn't make sense because telepathy isn't damaging or hurting the brain, so the healing factor wouldn't prevent telepathy.
@@devilhunterredI believe the comic reasoning is the metal skeleton, like how the Juggernaut and Magneto are immune to telepathy as long as they have their helmets on so is logan because his adamantium skull works like a shield against telepaths.

Interesting thing about Wolverine is that his pain nerves are useless. They’re meant to alert a person of injury but Logan’s healing factor is so powerful that there’s no point in being aware of his injuries

I admit that even though I prefer Anime in original Japanese language, and I liked this mini series in Japanese, I still prefer the X-Men in English since the actual Franchise is from the US anyway. Good thing the voice actors all did the voices as if the show was actually done in the US, instead of the horrid English dubbing done to many Anime shows. Also the studio that made Afro Samurai really nailed the X-Men animation perfectly on this one too, just pure gold.

@@brosie15 Just look up X-Men anime, if I'm not mistaken it is approx 26 episodes. Where to catch it? I'm not sure, I had a friend download it for me back in 2012 I think.

Movie wolverine is a saint compared to the comics. He once casually outmatched deathstroke and killed on mindless rampage killing ninjas , mysterio once tricked him into killing all the X men

Wolverine has all the grumpyness of an old man in a young mans body with the rage of a rabid dog. Oh and he can't die and has built in nigh indestructible weapons.
Anyone else notice how many times he makes the claws out sound when his claws are already out? Similar to in movies when someone cocks a shotgun after they already cocked it a minute previously without firing.
Wolverine in this art style reminds me of Guts.
