Not the right way to deal with the problem, but it's perfectly understandable. Bad parkers, blocking parkers, and illegal (handicapped spots) parkers drive everyone else crazy. Due to health issues, I now drive a Nova Mini Mack rolling walker, and others drive me to doctor appointments. Unlike the cars I used to own, my rolling walker never breaks down, and doesn't need gas, insurance, registration, or a license.😊 After several years of use, I did have to recently replace one of the hand grips, but aside for the cost of a new pair, there were no repair bills.😊

@1:23 Just as much the fault of the truck following, and the car behind that. There's a reason why you keep a reasonable distance from the vehicle in front.. it's because people do silly things and you have to give yourself space and time to react.
It could have just as easily been that the van stopped suddenly because a person (child maybe?) ran into the road ahead of them and they had to stop suddenly.
Truck was tailgating. It's more dangerous than speeding.
