    3. Reframe and Replace: Don't just silence the critic, replace it with a helpful coach. Reframe negative statements into positive affirmations. Instead of "I'm such a mess," try "I'm always learning and growing." Replace "I can't do this" with "I'm willing to try my best."
    4. Practice Self-Compassion: We all make mistakes and have setbacks. Treat yourself with the same kindness and understanding you would offer a loved one. Forgive yourself for missteps and focus on progress, not perfection.
    5. Celebrate Small Wins: Acknowledge and celebrate your achievements, no matter how small. Finishing a task, taking a step towards a goal, or simply getting through a challenging day are all victories worth celebrating. Recognizing your progress fuels motivation and boosts self-esteem.
    6. Surround Yourself with Positivity: The company you keep matters. Surround yourself with supportive individuals who uplift and encourage you. Limit exposure to negativity and seek out sources of inspiration and positivity to nourish your internal dialogue.
    7. Remember, Progress Takes Time: Changing negative self-talk is a journey, not a destination. Be patient with yourself. There will be setbacks, but each time you catch yourself and choose a more positive alternative, you're building a stronger, more resilient inner voice.
