Mike Thompson doesn't over complicate his highly effective workflow when the tools he uses are already supposed to do the heavy lifting. He gets the job done in a way that welcomes you to the matrix. He's a master at doing things accordingly.

I had an issue where when I went back to ZBrush my eyes, teeth and nails did not transfer back in the right place from CC4. What can I do to fix this?
