In this video I am sharing my experience of claiming complete protection plan for my Mi tv 4A pro 32 inch from flipkart and jeeves. I will share how they are fooling innocent people and sharing roadmap how to fight with them to get you claim.

Ki Flipkart bhi isse saaf kinara kar leta h to kabhi bhi Jeeves ki external warranty na lein

I am also a victim of jeeves warrenty. Display failure , refused to replace. Took 5months to get 68% refund. Get extendee warrenty from manufacturer only & not from any third party, at any price.

1) warranty process takes time
2) it's not fake
3) it does provide protection
4) my 4K TV under Jeevs extended warranty had problem after 1 year
Jeevs took it for repair and after a month they said it can't be repair and gave 26k return
5) I purchased TV in offer for 31K
6) I am happy

Jeeves is fraud. Never buy extended warranty plan from any partner unless backed by your tv brand. Always buy warranty from TV brand directly.

Bhai Mera laptop bhigad gaya hai and Jeeves Wale refund de rahe hai but jab call or email kar ta hu to Jeeves ki team kehati he ke 2 days apka laptop pickup ho jayaga but jab me 2 days baad call kar ta hu to kehate hai ke 2 days me ab paka pick up ho jayega ae sa kar ke 10+ days hogaya but vo log pickup karne nahi ha rahai to me kya karu ?
Continuous follow up karte raho email aur calls tabhi aayenge. Also threat them to escalate on social media.

Your invoice works as a proof of purchase so they will ask invoice only to cover it under warranty. Don't worry. If you are asking about extended warranty then you will get warranty card with terms and conditions on mail.

You need to do strict follow up from extended warranty company on daily basis then they will do something.

Never buy Thomson TV from Flipkart, very bad after sales service from Jeeves😵 full protection warranty is a trap and waste of money. Flipkart services partner Jeeves never give proper after sales service 😩😩

I am planning to buy washing machine from Flipkart. Should I take 'Complete Appliance Protection' for 3yrs? Currently it is 1399.
Generally no problem comes in washing machine in 3-5 years. And 1 year warranty you will get from company itself. If you are moving from one place to other frequently then take it else not required.

Installation person apne end se issue raise karega aur flipkart isko exchange karega.
Agar installation person na kare to aap us se written me service sheet maange aur flipkart par replacement raise karo

Ha bhai maine kiya tha, 20-25 din mahnat kiya to mera 85% paisa return hua. 25000 ki tv thi aur 18500 k karib return hua.

jeeves technicians are like chaat bechne wala in appearance 😂 they dont know much about tv repair. All they know is to open screws. Jeeves will never repair screen or major issues, instead they offer refund. I think this whole extended warranty thing is a scam

Jeeves picked up our tv for black screen problem repair and now they are telling they will give 18k refund for our tv of price 24k Rs +2k rs extended warranty...just said, not received the amount .
They will transfer the amount within a week. Refund is given as per amount mentioned in extended documents.

If there is a physical damage then not covered under company's warranty but all type of damage covered under extended plans

It was in 2019 BBD sale. After all offers (extra off, prepaid discount, card offer) it cost me 8680. Now it's price increased.
