    Argentina Alarm its actually fire department Sirens, an we hear it pretty often since its a method to call all Volunteer firefighters to the fire department in chase theres no enough personnel for an emergency

      Same for germany but actually the sirens there can switch between two tones, one is for alerting the fire department and the other one is for public alerts.

    0:10 Note about Togo: That is an advisory siren of a Midland WR-120 B/C/EZ weather radio model though, so this is not a real EAS siren in existence....
    Addendum Edit: I know this because I own a Midland WR-120 EZ named Alfonso, since he constantly blasts his siren when there is severe weather , tropical storm/hurricane or a flood warning in the area I am in...

    well, If you imagine. Most of the countries have cliche bombardment sirens for EAS alert, which makes sense since most of those countries had problems with wars and stuff. Here's a list of some countries which uses a siren for it's EAS alert:
    -Argentina (Im from there and OH MY GOD 30 YEARS LIVING THERE AND NO ONE TOLD ME HOW LOUD AF IS THIS ONE)
    -United states
    -Austria
    -Germany (This one *SPECIALLY* makes sense since you know... reich 3 is a thing that existed)
    -Finland
    -Jamaica
    -Afghanistan
    -Slovakia
    -Russia * Soviet anthem in the background *
    -Hungary
    And A LOT more which I can talk you about.. but.... this would be LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG
