If I were you I would move the TV right up to the shelf and move the table up to double as a working bench which will give you space also to keep a reserved stool underneath. I will remove the vanity table and replace it with a two-seater sofa backing the foot of the bed facing the TV and a small stool, so you have a lounge to relax and entertain. Remove the yellow bulky seater. Also, you can remove the bedhead cabinet which seems to be inconvenient to access, and push the bed right to the wall, which will give you more space for your lounge which I think is more important.
