So unknowingly I just sent my phone and box. After they received the phone yesterday they called me ask whether I need repair or voucher. I opted for voucher. They said I will receive it in 3 days. Dusri taraf customer care bola ki mobile dedo nearest service centre me screen replace kar denge but screen replacement nahi hoga service centre bol diya..toh dusra way bola ki pickup and claim service jisme koi technician mera mobile check karke lega aur Mumbai ya Bengaluru bhejega aur thik karke return karega wohi set ko free me sayd..toh kya karu ?

@TechyAkash143 Bro same problem maine change karwaya Panel lekin abhi tak Service centre me nhi dikhaya kya apne pucha lega ki nhi.... kyuki Dekhne me pura original lgta hai back panel so I don't think they will know ki maine change karwaya hai and Mera screen 1 bar replace ho chuka hai pehle green line k waja se phirse ab aya line so.... What is the solution
