is daiwa bg 2500 better or 2000?

Depends on what size fish you will catch. BG 2000 can handle up to 5kgs fish. Bigger than that better use 2500.

@@LanixFishingChannel How can the 2000 handle 5kg fish when it only has 1.99 kgs of drag? 1.99kgs ( 4.4lbs ) of drag is literally nothing.

@@moseskongi4746 A 4.4lb drag is effective in preventing the fish from moving farther away; it doesn't fully stop it, but it restrains its ability to easily escape until it tires out. Once it becomes fatigued, I begin reeling it in. Initially, I only keep it from moving away and wait for it to tire out.
