Been a week since I became E.S to the CEO and it is pretty confusing in the beginning, but thankfully he is a really good guy and so far we seem to be getting along pretty well

Every PA/EA should watch this video. What a brilliant break down of these somewhat complex principles.

Hey Mike , can you tell me how it’s going please , I’m struggling with mine and I’m also an EA to a CEO . I’m struggling on how to communicate with her , I don’t know if I should ask her how she’s doing and all

Hi all, I'm doing very well in these past 3 months as EA. One main thing to do is understand your CEO's personality, pet peeves, likes & dislikes.
For me, I find that my CEO has no time to do various work tasks so I would insist on taking over. He is grateful for that.
So the main goal as EA is to make their lives easier.

I just started a new EA job. Completely overwhelmed learning new calendar system, apple system. I take it your advice is for the person at least 3 months in not 4 days on the job.

This sounds like an ez day in the military. I'm about to retire and figured this is the most logical transition vs working for government when I retire. EzPz
