I was a stripper for 30 years , I started out as a cameraman , then color separation on camera , dot etching , contact , finals , proofing, working foreman evening shift, I was well paid lots of overtime . I am retired now with a pension ,G.A.I.U local 555. Things really changed starting in the late 80s.Technology really jumped all over everything.It was an amazing ride .I had some good times with some real funny guys.

Everyone that was worth a fuck is dead or retired . These clowns now days a button pushers . Not problem solvers.

my dream machine is only a speedmaster 52 2 color or sx52 2 color that can print carbonless copies. thats my dream Iam a former offset operator, diecutter manual and now a garphic desinger. Really praying to start my own printing press business but have no capital.

@Tediuki Suzuki sorry bud, I am sure they are great machines, in their own right, but unfortunately I am a sucker for heidelberg. My whole shop is heidelberg, from pre press to finishing. Also here in south Africa, the backup service is better for heidelberg equipment, than any other manufacturer, in the print industry. Take care sir.

You guys should’ve showed this running at full speed. 12,600 impressions per hour isn’t showing much. 31 million impressions? That’s a baby, I bet you guys want to upgrade to a six. Should have bought a six color in the first place. Nobody should ever buy just a four-color with AQ. I was running a press they had over 300 million impressions on it. Heidelberg said that’s the most They had ever seen at the time. 2014. it was a shop out in Anaheim California. You could say they got their moneys worth out of that press. (And then some)🤗
Just realize this is UV. Was wondering why there wasn’t a coater unit. Should’ve still bought the coater unit for a UV press in my opinion.
